Zucchini, new potatoes & thick small chicken breasts.
I boiled 12 small peeled new potatoes this morning. I nuked to heat them up.
I added 4 to my frying pan in a little butter and added rosemary, dill & cracked pepper & sea salt.
While they cooked I cleaned 1/2 a large zucchini. I cut in half lengthwise and again and again so had logs. I then diced them. Small cubes. In the frying pan added some olive oil and added garlic salt, parmazon, pepper & salt. I salted them. Stirring frequently.
I kept the potatoes separate from the zucchini in olive oil. And turned the potatoes as often.
I then added the two small thick chicken breasts with a bit more butter...s & p.
I turned the chicken breasts and cut into the meat to verify doneness.
I kept the three foods more or less separate. Trying not to mingle the butter & the olive oil.
I removed the potatoes and put in a bowl.
Next the sauted Zucchini also separately.
Finally the chicken which had picked up most of the herbs, butter & oil. I cut the breasts in two. So 4 halves
There was enough for two dinners. I ate all the potatoes, the zucs & three of the halves of the breasts.
This was the best meal I have cooked in years.
