I also peeled & boiled 12 small new potatoes. They fit into an egg carton and are in the fridge.
I will brown some in butter for dinner. I have a good sized zuchinni and will saute in butter with onions and herbs.
Thawing a package of 2 small chicken breasts and pieces. Will bread the breasts.
Dessert will be a small slice of apple pie. Warmed of course.
Breakfasts this week has been omlettes with cheese & onions & herbs. The first was with sausage links and toast. The 2nd was with spaghetti in sauce. And 2 slices of bacon.
Other days small grapefruit & A toast. Or
Toast w PNB & Cranberry juice.
Lunches often whole wheat or whole grain with Grey Poupon mustard. I ordered a jar of whole dark brown mustard - like it more.
Cheddar slices & smoked turkey breast. Dill pickle slices.
Dinner was chicken strips with fries. Large encrusted fish sticks with corn on the cob.
And a salad.
Some vanilla choc covered ice cream bars.
Also zero ginger ale.
I bought some good seeded water wafers.. had with a few slices of Swiss. Pretty good actually.
Drinking cold water more often. No longer buying HEB sparkling water. Will add water or Ginger Ale to my Pom.
Had southern biscuits..real good with butter.
Rice & green peas, salt & cracked pepper.
I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.
But I feel better when eating better.
