I had some A Toast.. on burger buns, Whole Grain toast - really good. Those were for breakfast
But ate some of my Cinnamon French Toast have had 4 slices so far and 2 more for tomorrow in the fridge.
Had 2 bacon and peanut butter on toast. Twice this week.
I had a 3 egg omelette with provolone sausage, and lots of herbs & spices for breakfast,
Plus bacon with peanut butter on a toasted hot dog bun
and 1 turkey and provolone on whole wheat for breakfast.
Dinners & lunches were chicken breast with veggies,
pork fried rice with everything thrown in. Real good actually
Pizza from a local restaurant. YUCK! A gave it to me.
Potato soup from the freezer
a big salad for lunch and for another days dinner
Mashed potatoes with fish sticks large and very crispy
So I am doing good.. and still weighing 135 +/-
But I stepped on a rock and bruised the bottom of my right food.. the MS foot. I didn't feel it when it happened, it took about 24 hours for the pain to get through to other nerves in my foot.
I really have been wearing myself out. Pulling weeds and reeds and grasses - not always on days of moist soil unfortunately. I tried not to limp - but occasionally I had no choice.
Also some popsicles, orange, grape and Cherry. Great on hot days. I only have two more Grape left. But Ice cream coming my way this Friday.
I have a pumpkin pie to cook.It's from Schwan's and was frozen I have had it thawing out since yesterday... and cooking this afternoon. It should last me though Halloween.
Then I will buy a fresh Cherry pie the next week from Imperfect foods. I love turkey and Pravalone sandwiches. I also love grilled cheese and tuna salad sandwiches. LOL
I've been eating dill pickles with every sandwich at Lunch.
My weather app says 59 for a high tomorrow night. WHOOOEEE! lol
I know there was more but I can't recall off the top of my head. It's a bit dented. ROfloL!
OK, here is what I want to work on this coming week/month. I really want to get ahold of some alfalfa seeds and grow my own alfalfa sprouts.. Also, I want to grown some bean sprouts. I used to back in the day in the 60's & 70's. But I could also buy them if I needed to.
A slight aside... Chance has been yelling HELP ME for the last two days. Sheesh! Especially if I am late with his food.
I think the worst week of stretching money is over till tax time after payday on the 3rd. Whipping my forehead in relief.
Oh I guess the rain is arriving it is very windy outside.
Well, off to cook my P pie. LOL I will cook, cool and then slice and freeze each piece. It works really well.
