What do you use to put peanut butter on bread / toast, etc?
I used to use a dinner knife. The other day I realized I haven't used a knife in years.
Instead I use a large soup/tablespoon. I hold the spoon backwards, with back of spoon in contact with the Peanut Butter. I swipe the spoon through the PNB the apply to the bread, toast, etc.
It coats easier, covers a larger section, is smoother and uses almost 100% off the back of the spoon. Plus none in the bowl of the spoon. Tricky, yes?
Really weird that I have not given it a thought for years. I opted to try a knife and nope, I'm sticking with the soup spoon.
I also had to decade my electric teapot.
Make a 50/50 mix of water & white vinegar. Fill half of pot, bring to a boil.
Let sit an hour.
Empty & rinse.
Wa La, a clean pot.
