Browned chicken then lowered heat, turned chicken over, put the lid on and checked every 10 to 15 minutes. Turned again as needed.
Baked a med russet and cooked some green beans. Very good!
The chicken had 2 smallish chickeno breasts and other bits & pieces of breast meat from small to bigger but smaller then the 2 breasts.
Today I thawed 2 bone in pork chops. Put in a bowl and added apple cider vinegar, S&P, thyme & Rosemary. Put back in fridge made sure zi turned chops a number of times so that both sides of both chop the marinade.
Will fry on both sides. Corn on cob, cole slaw and sweet potato.
I think it will be good. 8-)
