I'm glad that you talked to Ds, and that the $100. is available!
Yes, me too...2 months. Now with fresh stuff once or 2ce in that time.
Lol! Boy, that rice lasted a while!
I learned something about freezing bananas yesterday. I literally freeze them with skin on. It's never been a problem when I use them for banana bread and such. But, someone showed bananas in a gallon Ziploc that were peeled. They said that if you peel them before freezing, the bananas maintain their color better.
I'm not sure that is important, but on the other hand, it's not difficult to do, either. What do you think?
That would be nice, if you could find a deal on pans.
I hope that the radio got there okay!
I like that you have your various radios. Since I was a kid, I had a radio on most of the time, when I wasn't playing records, or my dad wasn't. I fell asleep to it after a certain age. I had just a radio when young, then a small radio/record player from 10 on...it was a birthday gift for my 10th birthday. Both fit in my bed's headboard. I have listened my whole life, pretty much constantly, unless watching television, not being in the house, etc.
Good list from Schwan's. I was just explaining to Ds about using corn cobs in soup, last week! :-)
Mint? I love chocolate-mint! Mmmm! :-) I wouldn't leave a chocolate coated vanilla bar, either!
Free shipping is important. I'd rather have $5. in products.
I just got a large bottle of apple cider vinegar recently. Good for many reasons.
Good fruit/vege list!
Excellent to get the cheeses and breads. Handy for meals.
Will the jam be actually canned, or be a 'fridge or freezer jam? Either way, I enjoy plums.
I'm sorry that you don't live closer, I would give you eggs. I just gave Ds some.
I hope that your meat will last. I understand.
Waffles sound good! Dh is wanting some, too. I think this weekend. But, I don't have any berries.
Yes, your grandmother sounds like she was an amazing woman! What a good role model.
That's true.
Have a wonderful food week!
