There are lots of peppers I freeze and use a LITTLE BIT at a time, because hot peppers get hotter when frozen.
I only have one hot Anaheim pepper in my freezer now. But always Green, red, yellow & gold bells. I buy bags of them. I keep small peppers non hot, in the fridge for salads, etc. The rest in freezer.
The exs both were hot lovers. Considering their booze intake it's a wonder they didn't have ulcers.
Boy used to eat hot but not any longer.
His stomach isn't what it used to be. Thank heavens.
