I think that, for my health, I should continue to eat red meat; my small circle of vegetables as sides, in meals, or in soup. If I can count lemons with my veges, then I'd add eggs. Sometimes I want them, sometimes not as much, but they work really well for me protein-wise, blood sugar-wise, and the yolks contain things that I have a difficult time getting otherwise because of my food restrictions.
For my sanity, my little chocolate mints, Sunbutter (though I may not be able to cont. with it - we'll see.), and my flatbread!
My diet is so pared down already, that I'm not sure that there's anything to want to give up anymore. I sometimes eat more sugar than I want to, when I make a pudding, or muffins, but I don't eat them all the time. Sometimes I eat pudding for a week or 2, then not for months. Same with cookies, or muffins. I should actually have muffins in the freezer for my stomach in case I don't have food, or need to take pills, etc. Even one a day isn't bad, but just saying, perhaps sugar with them and the others listed.
