I have had a number of large salads. I chiffonade the romaine lettuce... add onions, roma, cucumber, red & green peppers, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, croutons, some corn off half a cob and anything else I can think of - such as cheddar, parm, Ranch/dressing.
I even had one I made in my largest alum bowl. Usually I make it in the med bowl and only half full.
I also had left over black & blue pancakes three times.
Scrambled eggs with chorizo, peppers, onion, etc.
When I ran out of A toast I have BLT's on Multigrain bread.
Lunch has been sandwiches or salad of Tuna and veggies.
Dinner has been smaller - had pork chop, sweet potato and onions. Chicken breast with veggies and russets with asparagus, one all veg meal, one with Penne another with Angel Hair and a fried rice meal with pork.
I will weigh myself tomorrow and see how I'm doing. Since I might have to wack instead of mow.. Boy will take it to get fixed, I will lose more weight.. I still walk to mailbox Tue through Sun and no holidays. I always go the morning after during good hours.
So the kids brought me 2 lg packs swiss & cheddar cheese and 2 bags of Lays original chips. Yes I snacked on them. YUM!
2 16oz Daisy Sour cream 2 boxes lipton onion soup mix, for dip... 2 loaves Rye bread and 18 liters of HEB sparkling flavored water with only Potassium added.
I have a box each of frozen cinnamon rolls
and brownies of uncooked batter and icing. My teeth ache... so I only cook & eat a tablespoon full then refreeze the rest.
I have lots of drumsticks, pork chops, tamales for soup and lots of veggies... which I want to make a 100% veg dinner. Later this week.
I'm no craving sweets, Just a mouthful is a fix.
Well That's it. I have been going on line for recipe ideas. I really want to make the Brown rice and Lentils soup. Sounds easy enough. Will let you know.
Your meals always sound good but I just don't want to spend the time on food. I know weird isn't it?

Yesterday due to DGD I some A toast but have two slices left over that I need to eat today. Humm!
And tomato soup, with saltines with butter. A childhood meal.
