It's definitely morning, at least. Not Sunday morning, but morning! :-)
I accomplished stew this weekend, at dawn each day, before it got hot.
What are your favorite stew additions?

I carefully prepped and cooked everything. Then, last night, as I was finishing enough for dinner, I kept thinking that something was missing? Carrots, check. Onions, check. Meat, check, etc.
Then, 1/2 way through my bowl, I realized that I had forgotten the celery! I had pre-cooked it, argh!
So now, before dinner, and before freezing the couple of meals that should be left, I need to stir in the celery. Sheesh!
I may make a few elbow noodles soon, to put in our next bowl. They will heat with the stew, I just under-al-dente them, so that they are a good texture when the stew is heated with them in it.
