As for meals Oatmeal once in a blue moon. BB cinnamon pancakes or waffles, fresh fruit if I can get it = SB & Banas. BLT's occasionally
Lunch grilled cheese plain, with spam or whatever meat. Big veggie salad. Hard boiled eggs occasionally. Baked potatoes plain or with cheese lunch and dinner. Veggies with or without meat for dinners and lunch. I plan on frying some zucchini strips with parm and garlic with some asparagus or whole green beans. I also love beets.
I have a bunch of sweet onions and want to make some onion soup. OH Boy need broth.
Plus those button mushrooms I bought - I slice or dice, brown in butter and merlot wine... add a touch of garlic and onion salt - salt & pepper with some fines herbs if I have any - which I don't but can use the Herbs de Provence with a touch of Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of Tabasco. This freezes really well and goes great with pork or beef. A large package of them from the store lasts me a while. Oh, I have even had on cheesy omelet... pretty good 8-)
