Tomato paste 1 small can
herbs: basil, oregano, and so on + S & P etc...
Olive oil
grated Parm
Garlic & or onion powder
Use a veggie brush to spread on Naan
Generally the same... though I can go with an impulse.
Slice or diced:
onions
tomato
red yellow green peppers
mushrooms
Whatever else I can find
Pepperoni
Salami
THree or four cheeses an combo
Grated Parm
sliced Provolone
grated Mozzarella
Grated cheddar
That's my basic recipe.
I made two but only eat 1/2 at a time so I still have 3 halves to go.
I had Genoa Salami - don't like it. lol
