1c buttermilk, 1/2 c mayo, 1/2 tsp dried mustard, 1 T chives- I will use minced shallot instead, S&P- 2 T oil.
Combine marinate 45 minutes or overnight.
Cook nonstick pan, heat oil med. Brown both sides. 7 minutes total.
