I much prefer buns to bread anyway. I often cut the crust off and make triangles or halves.
I even grill as open faced sandwiches.
Tuna with veggies and parm
spam and velveeta
Cotto Beef Salami
and so on.
I do freeze them but once a pack (4) is open I keep in fridge or on the counter - depending on the weather of course.
But if I can find them real subway rolls. No from SUBWAY - but at bakeries. I have been thinking of going on line for my bread & rolls.
I have found I like the Brioche rolls and Angelic Bake house 7 grain sprouted whole grain. Soft and not still like many grained loaves.
I haven't seen any rolls or buns by Angelic Bake house yet.
