We have award winning olive oil from nearby Anderson Valley, but it's quite expensive. One day I will try it, but probably not use it as my go-to because of the cost.
That said, I've cut down on my oil usage with this pan that I'm using. It doesn't require as much to get the same end result.
Space can be a real problem.
Okay, I understand about the chicken. Different.
I color code towels for people, or maybe with something on it, but usually colors. Plus, used to have lots of misc. colors kicking around from white sales past, ones that were my moms or grandmothers, etc. However, the 'inherited' ones disappeared when dd #1 moved out. Now, all are MIA. :-( I finally broke down and ordered a handful for us for baths, hair, and to put over the backs and arms of the chairs we use. They are overstuffed, and the material makes me my skin feel irritated. The towels, which match them so aren't very obvious, prevent that.
Eating an earlier breakfast sounds good, if you can manage it. Good choices, too.
So, did you like the pork chops? The coating sounds quite good. I love asparagus, and we're entering it's season.
I love a good sandwich.
Stuffed bell peppers are a favorite. I was always happy to come home from school and see them cooking for dinner. :-)
That's cold, brrr! Some years we get into the teens a couple of times, but not every year, thank goodness!
It's currently raining steadily here. We'll know how much at dusk, which is when we pour out the rain gauge each day. There's no ice right now, but it's...checking thermometer...57 in the house right now, at 3 P.M. This coming week there will be clear days/nights, which means below freezing weather and iced water pans etc.
Stay warm, safe, and enjoy your meals! :-)
