Oatmeal for breakfast but yesterday and Sat I have avocado Toast on multi grain bread.
Lunch is a sandwich or small salad or leftover pasta. Dinner what ever is available. Pork chop etc. Breakfast has also been scrambled eggs or an omelette. But I boiled some eggs and add to the salad or share one with Charlie.
I made the black bean soup. All other meals are left overs. Though I did bake some russets and had one for lunch.
Thing is I have been a bit out of it with the headache and neck pain. I hope it's eased up for it seems that my neck has improved over night. The headache is less and my bp is lower but not good.
This past week the neck pain has made it difficult to cook. And I haven't kept up my food diary. So this is about all I am posting today.
I want to fix that pork chop tonight alone with grilling some asparagus and boiling a sweet potato. Hopefully this week I will manage my meals better.
It is dark outside but not cold yet. I dread the next two weeks.
