Freezing corn from a can repacked
In a bag, or corn in the cob frozen... will all be softer and juicier afterwards.
Corn has water in the kernals. Once corn is frozen then dropped in boiling water it cooks much faster.
No clue why. But don't shuck. Just freeze. To cook remove from freezer then shuck and add to boiling water. Poke a fork in to test for softness. Enjoy...
