Chopped a bunch of veggies both raw and frozen.
I boiled some water tossed in the veggies both raw & frozen. Let simmer a bit. Drained off water.
Added some oil to pot once bottom of pan coated added cold rice - stirred and added s&p, garlic, ginger & soy sauce & a touch of sesame oil. Stirred to mix well add fresh sliced bulb onion slices... then slowly the diced or shredded chicken breasts.
Stir till mixed well and add veggies and more soy sauce as desired.
I added browned sesamee seeds as well.
VEGGIES I used.
Shredded frozen brocolli
Shredded corn on cob
Frozen snap peas
Shredded frozen roma tomato
Frozen green peas
Frozen diced red & or bell pepper
And 1 shredded frozen chicken breast
I added the corn & cob after slicing off the niblets to the simmering veggies water - turning cob over.
