Also I reorg each time I take anything old trying to make room for things like loaves of multi grain bread and a loaf of wonder bread.
Plus I have a tad more room in my icebox.. but it is a matter of repacking things in smaller storage bags or wrapping them up and holding in place with rubber bands or small clothes pins. Sheesh! Talk about creativity. My brain is maxed out from solution thinking.
I haven't listed my meals for a bit but will start with today working backwards.
Breakfast is Sausage egg cheese on a sourdough roll with tiny bit of pink grapefruit juice with my meds. I am out of apple juice so that is on my list for next month..
Lunch may be sloppy joes with grass fed beef at 15% fat. That will give me 2 leftover meals.
Dinner maybe the leftover Tilapia loin steak - breaded and frozen. I boiled lots of small russets yesterday. Peeled and will slice some up for fried potatoes with a romaine salad with various stuff. LOL Maybe some beans or peas.
I eat an Oatmeal raisin cookie once or twice a day.
By doing that I try to keep from eating a main meal early. So far it is working. My breakfasts are back to normal at 6 or 7am. Then I do the critters and my chores for the day and may finish by 10 or 11 am.
Then I do some of my extra chores - today specially crafted Xmas cards. ROFLOL!!!
Ok yesterday's meal
B BB waffle with syrup and veggie butter, I forgot to add cinnamon to the batter. That made a big difference.
L was a grilled cheese sandwich with a pickle
D was Kraft Mac n Cheese with frozen roma and broccoli shredded. I stopped buying Velveeta. Kraft is good plus I add more pasta to the pot and boil that first - that way pasta isn't over cooked.
I had the kids buy me some large bags of reese's pieces and York peppermint patties. I try to have only one a day. Unfortunately when I first have something new in the house I snack more. But it's been since last Sunday so I am slowing down on the treats. Lays chips are my worse temptation. Hanging head in shame.

SO that is as close to a week as I can get.
Last week I have to admit I ate lays potato chips with either slices of swiss or cheddar cheese as lunches for 3 or 4 days. I surrendered to the cheese this month... I am such cheese freak - so I walk at least 10 laps per day when I over indulge.
I had a few times when my BP wen high for no reason but reaction to my vein regulators having been scrapped out with the cholesterol. I have to .25 grams of Amlodipine to bring BP down.. so I try to catch my BP at 35/40 but sometimes in 60s/70's when I wake up.
I can't take automatically the med every night for I learned my BP can be as low as 30 when I wake up. My BP has always been very low regularly. Even back in my teens & 20's.
So I have a burnt spot in my right eye due to a DR arguing with me to take 10mgs of the Amlodipine. Mistake as I now have perm burns on my macula.
Also lots of floaters but I learned a trick from that test I had last month or how to move them from the front of my eye to the side. Weird. Plus when I walk the floaters are smaller and less visible the longer I walk.
Plus I do weight work on my arms.
I have tried to gain weight... but I just can't get over 134 or less. LOL Oh well... so I am skinny as a rail. Which doesn't give me a lt of energy. But It's what I weighed in HS & Collage and for mos of my life until I had BOR up to 150 with muscle. But in MN Got D. and here I am again at my HS weight.
But still D and MS as my companions. Isn't life grand 8-)
