I dredged in seasoned flour but even adding Basil, Herbes De Provence, salt & pepper, plus a few more... didn't add that extra flavor I wanted.
Herbes D Provence is a mix of: Marjoram, Rosemary, Thyme, Savory & Lavender.
Next time I will add Garlic & Onion powder and paprika and perhaps some Parmazon cheese to the flour. Maybe that will spice it up.
