Also had some of the potato soup from the freezer. Boiled eggs, had omelet and scrambled eggs.
No turkey but what ever I could eat to make room in the freezer.
Avocado toast for breakfast 3 mornings. Grilled cheese sandwiches or with peanut butter or spam. Big kitchen salads.
Amy's veggie enchiladas. Pretty good. Pot pies. Soup Campbells chicken rice YUCK!!!!

A real mix up of stuff.
So not bad.. didn't miss turkey or chicken.
Didn't miss thanksgiving to be honest.
