But I took the inner parts and cut off some of the ops then wrapped them in paper towels to dry them off as they unfroze.
I left them sitting on the counter and the next morning I had almost regular celery. I plan on dicing them and freezing for soup. Small bits not chunks and if I cook maybe braize them first that might help. Lol Oh well.
I still have a huge bag of the biscuits in the freezer. Now to think of how to make them better.
Now I have to make room for some of the foods coming on Friday. I thought today was Wednesday. SHEEH, DANG IT, Oh well.
