I had a mixed week, but did get some meat; yeah! If I'm careful, it will last for a while. But, Dh has to feel better to turn it into what we use. He really over-did it the other day, and doesn't feel well.
What I've mostly been doing, is planning Thanksgiving.
I think that we've decided on roasting a chicken for us, with fresh rosemary. I've just about got the side figured out...hopefully.
Ds shopped last night, and I've got a couple of sweet potatoes, 6 apples, and a chicken to make broth from. So, it might work out as planned!
And, I got my supply of gf oats from Wyoming. It's funny how other oats call themselves gf, but they aren't. I want to make cookies, and think that we would do best if we went back to oatmeal in the mornings. It's healthy, and it's certainly cold enough!
