I know that you don't like jelly with your peanut butter. We didn't have that much to begin with, whereas my Dh loved it growing up, and my Ds ate double his weight in it growing up, I think.
My favorite thing was to spread peanut butter on Saltines at home, or eat it with the packs of cheese crackers. It was very helpful with my blood sugar, and I loved it with crackers...or spread on a row of my dad's Hershey's chocolate bar. Whoops, did I just admit that? ;-)
But, my bs often led my choices, good or bad. When we'd been out most of the day, and stopped for candy, my best friend wanted Pixie Stix. No, no, a thousand times no. If stuck with candy, I'd get a Big Chunk, or whatever they were called, which were chocolate filled with peanuts and raisins.
Or, she'd want an apple...it had to be a pippin. I didn't want it, but we'd compromise. I'd have apple if we also got a box of Wheat Thins, or other cracker.
But, mostly, at the same store, which made sandwiches, I'd opt for sharing a sandwich, if we had the money. Tuna, egg salad, something like that. Affordable compared, and good for my bs.
When having a sweet with peanut butter sandwich at my grandma's house...paternal grandmother, I would put honey on instead. I just happened to like the combination, and I wasn't a big honey person. Go figure.
That's unusual about the strawberry. I think that most people will eat it, but again, it's pretty sweet.
I've rarely, if ever, had some of the others on your list.
Then you'd be perfect in my pantry, since it holds blueberry, blackberry, or raspberry. :-)
I like lemon curd, too!
