As an adult, I ended up with some, and used it to make cocoa. I think that it was Land 'O Lakes. It came out great! Later I learned that brand matters, depending on what you use it for. And, that it's a great idea to have in the house...unless you are now dairy-free, like I am. Rats.
Anyway, you can make milk from the powdered, and add it to this recipe, then make or buy your favorite frosting, however you normally would. It can be a cream cheese frosting, even!
Just fyi, I learned after posting this that some people didn't care for it. They didn't feel that it was chocolatey enough. Some fixed it by adding some cocoa and sugar.
