They've ranged from
having avacado in them to mango, apple, banana, spinach, pineapple...just a slew of good veggies and fruits. I always add yogurt and some peach juice or wtermelon. I also have added pineapple and/or banana to most every one I've done and I bought two fresh mangoes.
