Yes, a little late, but it's still Sunday, at least!
What foods, whether you find them exciting or not, are the best on your stomach?
The other day when we had spiced masa with eggs 2 nights in a row, we both realized that our stomachs felt really good. As in, we didn't even notice them after dinner.
I used to feel that way about cream cheese on toast or bagels, with or without a topping.
There are a lot of foods that I love which don't bother me, but the ones which actually soothe the stomach, it seems, are what I'm thinking of.
