But thanks to the home delivery the meals I am eating put a few pounds on me.
I'm still near 135+.. which is better then 130-.
Ok I can remember having a big salad twice at least. Romaine, roma, corn, seeds, dressing, radish, blah, blah, blah. No meat. A good sized serving bowl and very good.
I had a couple of burgers (delivery ones) pre-cooked - not as great but good = compared to the Angus burgers. A few dollars more but worth it.
I had a couple halves of popsicles - cherry.
No avocados this week. Finally some bananas, not real green, but ok, also strawberries.
Spam sandwich, I really can't remember. A flare just messes with my memory.
I concentrated on the "S" food order. Beef Burgers, Asparagus, and a big bag of Italian meatballs. Fixed 2 pasta meals with Meatballs.
Had 4 pink grapefruit halves at least 2 per week. Ate some of my BB waffles. PNB sandwich... etc. they are coming back slowly.
Yesterday was payday and I finally was able to balance my checking account. Did the Chewy order and have a Pantry order for Amazon I'm putting together.
The rug arrived early. But that is on hold till I do the kitchen floor and that means I move everything that can be moved. Then I mop the kitchen floor.
Then I moved everything into the kitchen...from the dining room and even move the stand alone cabinets and bookcase... and the dining room rug then mop that floor. Maybe kitchen tomorrow and dining room Sunday.
I am not looking forward to all the heavy labor.
Boy is back at work. My last two Primo bottles arrived at the kids so later this month I will get those - I have enough to have 6 filled every trip to replace the 6 I will have. Sigh at least that's done.
I have Fish I need to eat from "S" and will fix rice and some of the asparagus I bought also from "S"
It seems this past couple of weeks have had the feel of minor confusion, alternating with too much busy work, but I'm trying to get all the Chewy and Amazon boxes folded and some cut apart and given to my neighbor. The rest flattened and put under my bed and DD's bed.
Lots of critter stuff. I am so glad I ordered ahead for dog and cat and bird. Finally broke down and stored in jugs etc the dry foods. Now I can reorder slowly as I have till the first of next month to do that. The food wet & dry will last me till mid aug so I can reorder Aug payday.
Charlie just got his 2nd Flea & Tick pill that I won't have to give again until Sept 1st. Then I can buy 2 pills for the next 6 months as he only gets one pill every 3 months starting again in Oct.
I bought a years worth of his heartworm so won't need those until April 2021.
Sorry got off track.
I am more interested in meal planning but only in the morning.. by afternoon I eat whatever. LOL
BP is doing ok. BS a bit high. Lots of carbs lately.. Plus I ate or tossed all the candy the kids dropped on me. I try to eat 1 piece once a day. Cookies are harder to pass up. Sigh. So I count carbs and so far BS is not to bad. Once in a while I forgot my PM BS med. So Am would be a bit high.
Plus heat and humidity are a stressor. I have to walk and take Charlie out - both regularly.
But whatever is giving me weight is putting it in the right place. Sitting down is not as uncomfortable as it used to be at the picnic table.
Well that's it - except I am really wanting to do items on my list.
Sand and paint the back steps, etc.
Clear the siding of all .
Get rid of the trash and recycling
Buy the new fix for gate/road fence to keep Charlie from leaping over the chain link to chase critters.
Buy bamboo for chain link sections for privacy.
Fix and paint the shutters on all the front windows.
There are alot more. Not to forget MN & TX storage.
At least the last two months bill for electricity were low.
I have lots of food Yeah! Ok, that's enough.
