I top convenient refrigerated pizza dough with leftover taco meat, tomatoes and cheese, bringing a full-flavored fiesta to the table in under half an hour. But, you can make the meat just for this dish, or substitute taco flavored shredded chicken for the meat.
(I imagine that you can use whatever you like on top. For example, I wouldn't use sour cream, but you can have pico de gallo or guacamole on the side to add on as you wish.)
⦁ 1 refrigerated pizza crust dough
⦁ 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
⦁ 2 cups Seasoned Taco Meat
⦁ 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
⦁ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
⦁ Optional: Shredded lettuce and sour cream
⦁ Unroll pizza dough and place in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan, or use less for one person.
Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with the taco meat, tomatoes and cheese.
Bake at 400° until crust is golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and sour cream if desired.
