I've never seen thick cut tilapia. The ones that we used to eat all the time were definitely not thick. I pan cooked them in olive oil, but am sure butter mixed with oil would be delicious, adding salt, pepper, garlic powder, and, at the end, lemon juice. They were very tasty!
These items sound perfect to have in the house! Even sliced cheese and meatballs? I'll say it again, wow!
Them selling baked goods and produce sounds promising, too.

Keeping up with the larder is absolutely tricky, especially when you need certain things, but want to take advantage of sales. Being flexible is the new norm. It was always important to a degree, but even more so now.
I think that the combination of you heating pre-made foods, and cooking raw items will keep you in cooking practice enough.
That's so true about lottery tickets! I have until Tuesday, I think it is, to get them. :-)
You know, I used to have fortunes, and kept them in my purse. I guess that I put them there after getting them at Chinese restaurants. But, those purses are packed away. Maybe I need to get some fortune cookies! ;-)
