Good grief... so far two partial orders are arriving today from Schwan's food company. Then more tomorrow and early next week will be two or more partial orders from AZ.
Today Schwan's delivers a partial order, my 6 Angus beef burgers; 4 Tilapia fish steaks, and a big bag of crinkle fries. I think I know what I'm having for dinner. Plus a salad of course. 8-)
The Amazon orders range from food, to office supplies, cleaning supplies, house items, some personal items, to treats.
Treats aren't food, they are solace. 8-)
Plus I ordered on line two 5 gallon jugs that have poptop lids. That's the only kind my hand pump works with. Direct from Primo tge manufacturer.
I had them sent to DSs house so he can fill them. Delivery may be from 1 to 2 weeks. But I needed to have six 5 gal jugs. Now I will. I am already into my 3rd on hand jug... that leaves 1 more full one.
Luckily Boy has 1 of my empties on hand. And that makes 6.
I am so glad the food is figured out. Not perfect by any means. The kids will have to get me dairy items. Or I must go to the local mkt...but then I can preorder veggies, which across the street and pickup there.
Boy gave me the chain link estimate this morning. Charlie is now jumping up on the retaining wall area. So Henry, is adding a fix to the low area by the gate. He says under $500.
Boy will be helping which makes it that much better. The missing section is 300 feet give or take. Add the section to be raised by 4 feet x 12 feet long add 4 or 5 poles and I think he is being generous.
A car took out a big section of fence along the road. Large lattice panels are there now. I will use these panels to provide the front porch with some privacy. Yeah!
I will be able to walk all around my house once its done. Another Yeah!
I had a blow with ds this morning. Been holding all the frustration and delay over the car repair, license, homesteading discount...etc, etc, and storage.
Boy was very decent and then he told me about the roof insured hopefully, and plumbing. Bad $$$.
Well gotta go Dd is calling. Have a good day.
