If you had a choice, would you choose the more or less healthy versions of food or drinks?
For example - the peanut butter balls vs. the ganache balls?
Or, a grilled/baked homemade pizza with less cheese, or take out of a favorite pizza?
I try to choose healthier versions, but sometimes I just want the less healthy choice of something.
I have found, though, that there are really good, more healthy versions for most things, so try to go with those, given a choice. The trick is not to wait until it's time to eat and you are hungry, tired, with low blood sugar, etc. That's when bad choices tend to be made.
