But I also loaded up on chips, cheese, and candy.. not forgetting 2 pints of B&Js.
I have had BB Pancakes, as well as the SBs. Lunches were sandwiches... but I forgot the pickles. Some leftovers but mostly chips & cheese.
I made spagetti yesterday and had for lunch & dinner. So I feel I am back on a healthy meal plan. Especially after I finally reorg the fridge & freezers. Put that off yesterday. I have been very tired with housecleaning. And the bills, and waiting for the Chewy order. And, And, And all the stuff other than the laps and pet chores.
I do as much as I can early when the temps are cooler but the humidity is higher. My intentions re food have been well meaning, HA! but no follow through, ROFLOL!
I also think I have needed salt which may be why I am eating so many potato chips. Though I also have eaten slices of cucs, bell peppers, etc with chunky Blue Cheese dressing. And gobbling down the ice cream since I don't consume any other dairy.
I hope reorging the cold stuff today will allow me to put the meats where I have access to them. Plus the pasta yesterday was the first "good?" I've had in at least a week or so.
Except bread. No Rice, pasta, etc.. Have not wanted heavy stuff at all. Going for veggies and fruit. At least I kinda went for the good carbs. 8-)
