I have been eating polish sausage with onions & new potatoes, pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, cabbage soup, peanut butter sandwich, strawberries, pineapple (frozen), breaded zucchini chips on parm angel hair, BIG everything salad, leftovers of what ever. Lol!!!
And I walked & walked & walked. 12, 13 even 14 laps.
BP has been good until yesterday when I lost it.
