We finished our meat, and the last pack of chicken in the market, so have had to get creative again.
When I was in pain, I didn't care much what I ate, but before and after that, I made us fried rice with the last of several things...though not the usual things in it.
We had chili tamales and spaghetti...I've got 1 portion for 2 of chili left in the freezer, broth, and eggs a couple of nights.
My plans are something with the 2 broth portions in the freezer, the one chili portion in the freezer, and perhaps pancakes or waffles tonight.
I have carrots in abundance, so have decided to candy some, and maybe refrigerator pickle some. The rest I would like to use to make soup with, if I can get a couple more ingredients.
