I had pre-cooked some carrots, celery, onions, and even some corn. Then, I'd put it away in the 'fridge.
All I had to do, was heat some broth with the pre-cooked vegetables in it, season, thicken with a slurry, and add the chicken at the last minute, until heated through. With everything pre-cooked, it was just a matter of combining and heating. The biggest deal was thickening, and that wasn't a big deal at all. It was fast and tasty, and warming!
