Those small pans are very handy!
The ground beef dish sounds good.
Currently, we were lucky, and got 2 packs of chicken at the store. They didn't have any last time. So, I have to figure out what to do with my whole week's groceries. I bought:
Celery, broccoli, and carrots, plus a pack of 2 chicken breasts, and a pack of tenders.
I already had onions.
When I killed off the last produce, I made a kind of pot pie filling.
So, this time, I was thinking of making a little broth with one of the breasts. Then, making it into a vegetable-chicken-noodle soup, or chicken bisque.
With the tenders, I'm making chicken and broccoli-ginger stir fry.
That leaves one breast, carrots, celery, and onions.
Oh, and I have cans of whole kernel corn, plus other basics, like masa flour, rice, and...hmmmm. A one skillet meal with rice might be nice.
Decisions, decisions. :-)
After all of that is eaten, I've got to think of what to do with eggs, which is the only protein that will be left. Note to self: Save onions for egg meals! :-)
