I tried to have oatmeal but the version I bought with cranberries in it.. the oatmeal has the textures of rice cereal. I hate rice cereal. LOL
I ate all my large calif avocado - all week and had avocado toast mostly and the last meal was this morning I have a third left after 3 slices of avocado toast..so maybe a few scoops of dip?
Last Sunday I didn't have breakfast but ate one of AMy's tofu meals. Dinner was avocado toast.. and some chips and dip for a snack.
Monday I ate the 2nd of the 3 AMy's tofu meal - I was laboring big time both days. Again no breakfast instead brunch. Dinner was a meatloaf tv dinner with mashed potatoes but I had a salad to go with.
Tuesday - B was more avocado toast with tea. L chips & dip and some B&Js Cherry Garcia dinner was nachos with lots of stuff
Wednesday - SB, Ban, PA, lunch was a NAAN pizza pepperoni and veggies. Dinner was a PNB sandwich on rye with chips & dip. lol & B&Js
Thursday - Kids dropped off stuff and I was laboring again... Brunch LO pizza I didn't write down Lunch? or dinner but I took my meds and have to eat with.
Friday - 2 small fridge cinnamon rolls & fruit and always AJ every Breakfast or Brunch and dinner.
Lunch l/o steak and fried golden potatoes. Veggie nachos.
Saturday - SB, Ban, PA,
Lunch - 2 Grilled PNB & cheese sandwiches w/dill spear and applesauce
Dinner - 3 hotdogs on 1 slice white bread with cheese, onions, etc. & applesauce.
I know I had more leftovers - some mac n cheese, more applesauce. Tortilla chips & salsa. Raisin toast with PNB for breakfast one day. LOL
I know I drank more coffee at beginning of week.
BP was high starting last Fri pm (took 1/2 med) again on Sat (took 1 med) and this morning. I did extra laps w/o Charlie plus to mailbox. I will check it in an hour and I think will be down. If not will take med.
Well I am going for a small cup of coffee anyway.
I do think that the events this week starting on Thursday didn't help my BP in any way. LOL A sign of the times and a lot of people with have the same problem as I do.
