Dinner was a big salad of Romaine, onion tomato, peppers, corn niblets, I toasted some bread and made croutons - tossed in some herbs - added some french style green beans. Bleu cheese dressing, Lime juice, some grated cheddar and a pinch of parm, S & cracked pepper. I ate the whole thing.
I probably had a Peanut butter sandwich on white. It's my go to at night if I'm hungry.
Mon B ws SG, PA and pears. L 2 cheese toast, D was leftover chicken beets and rice
Tue no B - lots of chores laundry etc and once I'm engaged with the house I eat less. Lunch was a Naan pizza from last week (frozen). D was 1 pack of Thin Mints LOL - Bought a 1 box from GS on Sunday.
Wed B 2 slices of french toast (frozen) with s sage sausage pattys, L was the last Naan pizza it had pepperoni and lots of veggies, D pork chop with sweet potatoes and peas. A FEW thin mints for desert. LOL
Thu B 3 frozen blueberry pancakes with 2 slices bacon and always apple juice and med with every meal.
L was LO sweet potatoes and pork chops.
D last pork chop with sweet potato and corn niblets.
Fri B I made diced pineapple with diced leftover pork chop, onions, peas, in Rice for D
Cleaned out the fridge & freezer and the pantry freezer in prep for shopping this coming sunday. when I'm working I push through till lunch.
L was 2 cheese & Cheddar grilled sandwiches on white.
D Apple sauce & LO Cauliflower broth soup. I fixed the blackberry pie and had a slice. The graham cracker crust is best if I heat a slice. Added whipped cream so tasty desert.
I had a few snacks of Salsa and chips, and pretzels... but otherwise. That was my week.
