I've been out of meat for a bit now, and don't think that there's any to be had. I don't know how long that will last.
So, we have been eating chicken. I really wish for meat, but am glad for what we've got.
We had soups...chicken noodle, Asian broccoli, and chicken bisque...with the broth that I'd made.
We also had chicken-broccoli teriyaki.
I've been trying to figure out what to make this week with pasta, and think that a greens, chicken bites, and penne might be good.
I'd also like lemon-garlic chicken, and sweet potatoes, and grilled strips with tortillas. I've got everything for *but* the chicken, so I'm not sure on either. But, those are my thoughts, anyway.
