Yes cooking so you have meals available is a first order of business project.I haven't been real hungry.. though I have eaten 3 meals a day until today. Just not hungry.
I figured I have my fruit breakfast after getting to the store the other day. But only on day 2. I have been eating up the soups on an every other day schedule. Funny thing I have craved peanut butter sandwiches. Odd that.
But the leftovers are disappearing. It may be that eating two footlongs in day and a half filled me up. LOL Oh were they delish. Plus the 3 donuts were gone in 2 days as well.. I did do a pork chop with rice and beets... but I am tired of butterflied chops. I think I will buy a couple pork steaks instead. I did have some sandwiches with turkey and cheese.. in fact I am out of all sliced cheese. I made some angel hair with roma and basil (dried) with olive oil and Moz and Parm. One bowl full so no leftovers.
THe pancakes for breakfast probably replaced my fruit come to think of it.
I make sure to do my BP& BS when I get up then have a bit of low grade coffee. They have been fine all week.
I have a few more days till shopping and only have one more bag of Tamale soup left. I won't be giving any away the next time I make some. Not enough for me.
I did have a few bowls of white rice this week. Not much pasta. A couple of salads.
There is a cupboard that I sealed off with cardboard that the cats have been getting into. I plan on removing the cardboard to see if I can use it instead. Not sure why I sealed it off.
I really need a larger hot plate. I have the little one that DGS bought for me... but it doesn't really suit my needs.
That ought'a do it for this past week. Have a good rest of this week.
