I've been thinking about eggs. What are your best company eggs, for breakfast or other meals?
For example, when you have had guests (that might just be family.) overnight, do you make scrambled eggs, or an omelet, or something else?
Or, maybe you make hard boiled egg sandwiches, or egg salad? If so, how do you make them? Or, how about wedges of hard boiled eggs in salads?
Finally, what about a side, such as deviled eggs?
I've got meals coming up that I may put eggs to use for them, in part, so they've been on my mind.
