First - my BP is soooo much better. Not because I quit coffee - but due to my cutting back alot! Also I am using instant coffee which means instead of a teaspoon full I put 1/3 of a teaspoon of coffee in a good sized mug. It's weak but has enough flavor to appease my craving. Plus I try to only have in the morning... after I take my BP and BS. Which is also doing really well. I have been eating regularly and having real meals. LOL I have gained back 5 pounds so 135. I am very skinny but it's how I was most of my life - except when PG and after working on the ranch and in MN when I first got there... continuing to eat like I was still on the ranch. Doc says I should be 140... but at least now that I am 5'8" I should be able to 135. LOL I'm taking my BP med nightly which has helped. Plus increased my D on gray days. Still - it's been a struggle like always when cloudy reigns. LOL OK off to walk laps 1 to 3 LOL Late Gater!
