I used to love adding frozen peas at the end, even if no other vegetables were added, but some sautéed onion when cooking the meat, regardless, is good.
For one person, it's a way to use part of ground meat, and make it last longer, unless you are hungrier than that. You can use the noodles from more than one packet if hungry, too.
The packet is salty, so that's why I say to use just part of a packet, and taste as you go. But, you can make it with a tad of soy sauce and a couple of drops of toasted sesame oil, instead.
