How is the breakfast change working for you?
That's an excellent idea; eating before you leave, and taking along a snack. I have to do that, or else my bs crashes when I'm out. Not pretty.
I so rarely get lunch, that I can't even think about it being the big meal of the day. I know that would be healthy, but it's unlikely. I have considered pushing dinner farther and farther back, until it's late afternoon, but I am not sure that would work during the warm weather months.
It sounds like it's carb making time! Do you more often eat the pancakes, waffles, or French toast? Cinnamon, excellent for bs, as you know.
Crackers and cheese, or crackers and peanut butter, make a great snack.
