Do you ever eat between meals?
For example, I'm supposed to eat a couple of hours after each meal, a carb-protein snack. That really doesn't happen much, though I know that it should, but the point is, I'd be better off if I did.
Also, when I was watching a show, the mother had a pot of vegetable soup on the back of the stove, and when the kids came home hungry, they each had a bowlful.
That reminded me of my own children having an after-school snack, and one of my grandmothers always having buttered biscuits on the stovetop, or stew in the 'fridge. Not to mention my grandfather's nearly-bedtime bowl of vanilla ice cream with Bosco on it. Or, my other grandfather giving us nighttime snacks of various things, from tangerines, to waffles. Hmmm, the grandfathers' were the evening snackers!
So, be it a cracker, a sandwich, fruit, or beef jerky, do you eat between the 3 main meals?
