I opened the ripe one and it was pretty good but had already was getting the strings on the skin.
I had to use a spoon very carefully to use all I could. I always buy ripe ones usually two harder then the first.
Tomorrow I will make guacamole and eat it all I forgot to buy limes and lemons OMG! Plus avocado toast tomorrow and a turkey breast sandwich with L, O & T and Avocado.
I looked to see where they were from - Not CA so mostly likely Mexico. No where near as good.
Yes we had a tree also.
I've tried the hard ones and setting them aside doesn't work for long. So if i can buy some I eat right away. Such a sadness.
