I found my jalapeno when doing the fridge freezer.
Boy is my cupboard bare. 3 lg quartered Chicken breasts with bone in was it in the meat section of the big freezer. I'm good on frozen vegs only need large small sweet peas. I do need some canned carrots and beets - eat all three of those along with various green beans alot.
Will have to buy some short cut items to that I wouldn't normally buy. Oh well - spam and deviled ham make good quick sandwiches. Plus Hotdogs always work for a lunch with some chili.
Winter always is bad for my BS. All the holidays and the cravings.
I didn't get the Cauliflower soup made yesterday.
I'm buying a large head of cabbage to make soup with red onion and carrots - that would work and PNB sandwiches fll in as well
I will have plenty of fruit & vegs and real meats like pork chops, gd beef, etc.
Oops I'm late gotta get ready it's after 7am. SHoot. Am having oatmeal & pink grapefruit for breakfast.
Will post tomorrow after everything is put away
and I recover. LOL
