IMO the lack of productivity on the left is just putting too much pressure on the other parts of LBSU's game. Hard to try and make that up when the lefts are suppose to get you points out of system when the going is tough. I just think the other players are pressing a bit to try to plug that hole. I also believe the coaches are pressing to find an answer. Too many things being tinkered while not finding a way to fix the glaring problem.
Poly has a good coach that pressed all the right buttons with her team executing a game plan that had LBSU on their heals all night. The same goes for the how the CSUN coach had his team playing.
When LBSU is playing well they are solid in many areas but the coaching staff needs to plug the hole and not have the team's level of play so up and down against good teams. Half the conference probably cannot effectively exploit the weaknesses but a few surely can.
Next weekend will also be telling because Sac St is a pretty good team and the trip to Utah Valley is different than all other conference trips. I expect LBSU will be ready for the weekend.

I was not totally shocked by the Fullerton win, a 2pm start road match after a let down by SB the night before, and those were the first two home matches this weekend OF THE ENTIRE SEASON for Fullerton, lol, 6 weeks on the road before that.
still, that's bad. and no Beach will not lose to Fullerton, even if that's billboard material
Reagan helped lose the match before it started, not that it probably would have mattered.
Reagan, START Izzy, period, no delay in her in the rotation. Murphy should have been serving instead of taking her out of that rotation, she's effective and varies that hyprid short float around, she's accurate. that overnight tinkering was unnecessary.
team needs to flush once again, they need to get back the backcourt cohesion before some disruption last weekend, all the while developing the leftside players including potentially some other line-ups she should give a shot during some of the games vs lower competition. no longer the biggest concern to finish #1 seed, the biggest issue is development headed to teh BWCT.
beating Poly for any team in the conference is gonna be a huge challenge, from what I've seen only Beach or Northridge have the the type of roster to be able to do so.

I thought Nebraska was on a mission last year and came up short. As you pointed out, this year they look unstoppable at this point in the season. I really like what their new coach has down with their system.
Great win for Fullerton and what a bad weekend for UCSB.

Nebraska dominated and swept a very good Wisconsin team. Just don't see them being beaten this year. Maybe by Hawaii's men's team lol. No 2 Pitt was beaten by a very good SMU team ending Pitt's 58 match home court winning streak. Was overlooking SMU this year but no longer as they are a definite final 4 contender. Shout out to Full as they defeated UCSB in 5 tonight. Great win for them showing they are at the point where they can defeat a decent opponent. We play them back to back and need to take a lesson from this and come to play or we may be another decent team they knock off.
