Long Beach State Athletics!: Re: WVB next up Northridge

I have never looked forward to a match for a blocking slugfest but I am for this one. Will be interesting to see how both teams scheme to attack the block and it there will be any new wrinkles implemented. The last few weeks LBSU is running some more complex plays and back row attacks. CSUN usually has their go to player pound the ball but I am sure they will add something new. Hate the drive to CSUN but this should be a good one.

Northridge, like UCSD, will not be an easy out. well coached defensive team bound to make the match frustrating. top two blocking teams.

of the five 2-0 Big West teams, only Long Beach played on the road. after next weekend, the good news is 9 of last 14 games will be at Long Beach, so the North match is huge to get in front.
